Espérer is a charity organisation that works towards the empowerment and enhancement of underprivileged children across India with its educational and vocational programs. Our ma in aim is to care for the priorities of these children to nurture them towards their overa ll development into becoming independent and self-reliant.

After conducting a number of research, we come to a conclusion about the selection of a child that meets the requirement of any one of our projects. The next step we take as a team would be to try and set goals for the child to achieve in the nearby future which will act as a stepping stone toward fulfilling their dreams. Thirdly, we will gradually examine the changes made in their perspective about their future. Throughout the whole journey we will closely make sure the child is fully financed. To conclude, the main purpose is to have these kids up on their own feet and therefore we do not discriminate between students just because they want to pursue something different in the future.

Each of our volunteers get to work on each project where they get to explore their passion and work as a helping hand towards the fulfilment of these disadvantaged younger generations.
